Stel MFA in voor je KdG-account
Met MFA gebruik je naast je wachtwoord ook je smartphone om aan te melden. Volg de stappen op deze pagina om MFA te activeren. Dit moet je één keer instellen.
Wat heb je nodig?
- een smartphone
- een computer of laptop
- je KdG-mailadres en wachtwoord
🔄️ Stap 1: Installeer de Microsoft Authenticator-app
App geïnstalleerd? Open ze nog niet.
💻 Stap 2: Stel MFA in op je laptop
- Ga naar intranet.kdg.be en meld je aan.
- Vul je @kdg-mailadres in en druk op Volgende.
- Geef je wachtwoord in en klik op Aanmelden.
- Je krijgt de melding Meer informatie vereist.
- Klik op Volgende. Je wordt doorverwezen naar een nieuwe pagina.
- De Microsoft Authenticator-app wordt automatisch gekozen als methode.
- Druk twee keer na elkaar op Volgende.
📱 Stap 3: Bevestig met je smartphone
- Open de Microsoft Authenticator-app op je telefoon.
- Druk rechtsboven op het plus-teken (+).
- Druk op Werk- of schoolaccount.
- Scan de QR-code op je computerscherm.
- Druk op Volgende.
- Je ziet een cijfer op je computerscherm.
- Je krijgt ook een melding op je smartphone.
- Open de Microsoft Authenticator-app en vul het cijfer in dat je op je computer ziet.
- Druk op je computer op Volgende.
- Je krijgt de boodschap Melding goedgekeurd en druk op Volgende.
✅ Klaar! MFA is ingesteld en je kan veilig aanmelden.
Set up MFA for your KdG account
With MFA, you use your smartphone in addition to your password to sign in. Follow the steps below to activate MFA. You only need to set this up once.
What do you need?
- a smartphone
- a computer or laptop
- your KdG email address and password
🔄️ Step 1: Install the Microsoft Authenticator app
Installed the app? Do not open it yet.
💻 Step 2: Set up MFA on your laptop
- Go to intranet.kdg.be and sign in.
- Enter your @kdg email address and click Next.
- Enter your password and click Sign in.
- You will see the message More information required.
- Click Next. You will be redirected to a new page.
- The Microsoft Authenticator app will be selected automatically as the method.
- Click Next twice.
📱 Step 3: Confirm with your smartphone
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
- Tap the plus icon (+) in the top right.
- Select Work or school account.
- Scan the QR code on your computer screen.
- Click Next.
- You will see a number on your computer screen.
- You will also receive a notification on your smartphone.
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator app and enter the number shown on your computer.
- Click Next on your computer.
- You will see the message Notification approved. Click Next.
✅ Done! MFA has been set up and you can now sign in securely.
