2-stapsverificatie (MFA)
MFA is een extra beveiliging voor je account. Alle KdG-accounts moeten MFA hebben.
- Je koppelt een smartphone of telefoonnummer aan je KdG-account.
- Met MFA zal een aanmelding, op een ongekend toestel of netwerk, naast een wachtwoord een extra stap vereisen.
Wachtwoord beheren
Ben je jouw KdG-wachtwoord vergeten, wil je het wijzigen of is je wachtwoord vervallen?
- Je kan dit zelf doen maar je moet eerst de "Password reset" activeren.
- Je hebt minstens 2 methodes nodig. MFA telt al voor één methode.

Vergeten
Ben je jouw wachtwoord vergeten en heb je geen "Password Reset" ingesteld?
- Ga langs de ICT Servicedesk met je studentenkaart. Een ICT-medewerker helpt je verder.
- Of stuur een mail naar servicedesk.ict@kdg.be vanuit het e-mailadres dat je bij je inschrijving hebt gebruikt. Vermeld je voor- en familienaam en voeg een foto toe van de voor- en achterkant van je studentenkaart.
2-Step Verification (MFA)
MFA is an extra layer of security for your account. All KdG accounts must have MFA enabled.
- You link a smartphone or phone number to your KdG account.
- With MFA, signing in on an unknown device or network will require an additional step besides your password.
Password Management
Forgot your KdG password, want to change it, or has your password expired?
- You can manage this yourself, but you must first activate the Password Reset.
- You need at least two methods. MFA counts as one method.

Have you forgotten your password and not set up Password Reset?
- Visit the ICT Servicedesk with your student card. An ICT staff member will help you further.
- Or send an email to servicedesk.ict@kdg.be from the email address you used when you enrolled. Include your first and last name, and attach a photo of the front and back of your student card.
